Saying Goodbye to Grandma Rogers

Grandma Rogers arrived a mere 10 hours before Kierstyn's birth and then stayed for two weeks. She was a priceless help to cook us delicious meals and take care of the kids. Rachel grew pretty attached to her and became her little shadow while the big kids were at school and mommy was sleeping or caring for the baby. That was a huge help to me as I recovered from childbirth - those first two weeks are the most exhausting and lacking in energy! I'm sure Grandma Rogers was very worn out by the time we sent her home, but we were sad to say goodbye!
