Mother's Day Visit

Ashley and Dan drove to visit us from San Francisco for the Mother's Day weekend. It was a great way to spend the weekend, and we had fun surprising the kids. Saturday Marc and Dan spent most the day in Fresno playing in a church basketball tournament ... eventually winning 2nd place in the region! They arrived home that evening exhausted, sore, and even a bit banged up (at least Marc's ankle and thumb were!). We "gals" and kids made our rounds to the typical Saturday ball games, birthday party, play date, Costco, etc. Sunday we went to church and ate great food that Marc prepared! It's great to have Ash, Dan, and unborn baby boy so close to us (well, relatively close!).
